Nike Air Griffey Max GD II – Black/Varsity Royal
For former Major League Baseball outfielder, Ken Griffey Jr., the game is over but not the sneaker that continuously promotes his name. From Griffey’s signature Nike lineup, we have witnessed an overwhelming selection of various designs. And to add one more icon-to-be, here is the Nike Air Griffey Max GD II in a combination of black and varsity blue.The leather upper in solid black has a unique assembly featuring ribbed side panels in pebbled texture. Plain toe box, inserted lace panel, and sleek padded collar are additional attributes. At the bottom is a full length clear Max Air unit with varsity royal outer sole. Other specifications include Swoosh appearing along the collar and varsity royal tongue label.
True, Griffey Jr.-inspired model is another way of showing himself in a different angle, not just as a baseball player but also a fighter.

STADIUM x SWAGGER – Stadium Jacket
Street wear select store STADIUM in Tokyo have a lot in common with fellow street wear brand SWAGGER. Both brands have close ties to the Japanese hip hop scene with many of their staff being prominent rappers. Also this is not the first time the two brands have collaborated and the latest project takes on the stadium jacket or varsity jacket form. As both brands share the same initial letter, large S is featured on the right chest with baseball inspired SWAGGER graphic on the left chest. Two color combinations are produced in black/red and navy/white in which former is SWAGGER store exclusive and latter is STADIUM store exclusive. Both items will be launching on Saturday, September 18th at corresponding stores.
